Emotional Intelligence (EI) is essential in today's workplace, especially amongst leaders.
Lawson Delaney invites you to a one-day Emotional Intelligence workshop, in partnership with Genos International. It's a full day and is suitable for both emerging and established leaders.
EI is a key attribute that helps leaders achieve and facilitate high performance, thereby motivating others to do things effectively and efficiently.
Before the day you will undertake the Genos Emotionally Intelligent Leadership assessment to identify which EI resilience strategies you are currently using.
Together, we will examine our feedback reports and the benefits of implementing new EI strategies.
During the course of this workshop you will:
- Explore techniques for developing self awareness and awareness of others in terms of managing and reading emotions and reactions
- Discuss techniques to effectively manage strong emotions
- Explore the science of emotions and decision making
- Discuss managing stress, managing moods and tools to help with asking for and responding to feedback
- Deliver an understanding of tools designed to create a more positive workplace
These new strategies and techniques will help you to re-assess your employment experience and engagement, and how you can use emotional intelligence to create opportunities to improve performance in your team and organisation.
